We really liked the place and the staff. They gave us good suggestions to go around the area, plus the room and the house is very nice. The location can be liked or not, as pros and cons. CLose to downtown, not exactly in the nature, it depends on what you look for. Very clean, nice breakfast on the terrasse.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Silver Waters b & b, very good location for the beach and fairly close to the amenities. Lovely property and very clean, plenty of choice for breakfast and tea and coffee available all day. Lynn was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for an excellent couple of days at Philip Island.
